What happens after I send an enquiry?
We reply by email or phone, usually within a day, to arrange an initial conversation about the home you have in mind. That first conversation carries no obligation.
Is there any cost or obligation for the first conversation?
No. An initial conversation is complimentary and carries no obligation — simply a chance to understand your site, scope and timing, and to see whether the practice is the right fit.
What should I include in my enquiry?
A few lines about the location, scope and timing of your project, and an approximate budget if you have one, are enough to begin. The more context you can share, the more useful the first conversation will be.
Do I need finished drawings before contacting you?
No. The earlier you involve us, the better — engaging during planning lets us help with budgeting, design decisions and consultant coordination before construction begins. That said, we are glad to join a project at any stage.
How many projects do you accept, and how?
The practice undertakes no more than two new homes a year, most often by introduction, so that the principal stays directly involved throughout each build.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
We are based at Suite 207, 2571 Carling Avenue in Ottawa and work throughout Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, including the Ottawa River waterfront communities, Prescott and Russell, and the Outaouais.
